Orgtree provides a platform for property listings, real estate agency services, and professional consultations in Namibia. We facilitate connections between buyers, sellers, landlords, and service providers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Content Guidelines

Users are solely responsible for the content they post, including property listings, photos, and descriptions. Content must be accurate, not misleading, and comply with Namibian laws. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading property information.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Harass or harm other users.
• Scrape or collect data from the site without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Orgtree name, logo, and all original content are the property of Orgtree Property Marketing. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orgtree is a marketplace and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the quality of services provided by third parties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or transactions conducted through the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
